I'm starting today and going to see how long I can do it. I seriously need to do something....I'm starting to bulge out of my clothes (all of my pants are too tight), I don't like being photographed and I don't want to wear short sleeve/sleeveless shirts anymore because my arms have put on weight and have cellulite on them (I didn't know that was possible). It's time to do something drastic...I have to make a change.
It'll be tough this weekend to be perfect because we'll be out of town living out of a hotel, but I'm going to try very hard to do the best I can.
